    I have several experiences of seeing panties worn by women and girls through their nightdresses, skirts, shorts or trousers. Normally they are wearing thin and transparent dresses.     Some girls and women in Sri Lanka wear panties under their night dress. I think it arouses sexual feelings than having nothing under their nightdress.
